All entries must be submitted by 19th September 2008.

Entry forms must be signed by an authorised person within the business. Any unsigned copies will not be accepted.

All information and details provided within each application form should be based upon the performance of a business or business unit located in Ceredigion – statistics from other branches, partners or units not based within the county should not be submitted.

Only original copies or emailed versions of the entry forms will be permitted – please do not submit faxed versions. If you are sending in your entry via email please ensure to send an accompanying email to include the details stated on the declaration form.

The decision of the judging panel / sponsors/ organisers is final – organisers, judges and sponsors will not enter into any correspondence regarding the merits or otherwise of any entry.

Maximum entry of 3 categories per business.

The competition is not open to employees of any sponsors, organisers or other companies who have direct involvement with judging the awards.

It is advised that applicants should protect any original idea by patents or other means necessary since no liability will attributed to the organisers, sponsors or judges resulting from any claims or complaints made in connection with submissions to the awards.

All material submitted will be treated with the strictest confidence and whilst every care will be taken no responsibility can be taken for the loss or damage of submitted material.
The organisers or sponsors of the awards cannot accept responsibility for the validity of claims made by entrants, although care will be taken to verify details provided.

The business contact details of all applicants will be made available to the sponsors of the Ceredigion Business Awards.

Please ensure that all sections of the application are completed in a concise manner using only the space provided – all entrants should provide the sponsors with sufficient information to establish a good background to the activities of the applicant business. Please do not submit any videos, CDs or bulky artefacts. You will be contacted should the judging committee require further information.
